New Buffalo Township is looking to expand the reach of this website by including more economic development information to better position the Township for site selection opportunities. The Township is currently engaged with Antero Group, who designed the Exit 1 Sign on I-94 and maintains the Exit 1 website. As part of this initiative, the Township is looking to develop and enhance an "Available Sites" section of the website that will highlight available properties and key site selection information. Please note: The Township is specifically looking for properties/sites of 5+ acres in size (can be a lone Parcel ID or contiguous acres that may have separate Parcel IDs) either along the Harbor Country Drive corridor or in other locations within New Buffalo Township.
